What is a loyalty program with NFC keychains?
It is a system that rewards repeat purchases with stamps or points linked to each customer. Tapping the NFC keychain on a compatible phone opens their account; the cashier records the purchase and the customer checks their balance in a browser, without installing an app. The business sets the rewards and can recover the account using the phone number if the keychain is lost.

Do my customers need to install an app?
No. The keychain opens a browser page to check the balance and rewards. Reading it with a tap requires an NFC-compatible phone.
What if they lose their keychain?
Look up the customer by mobile number, block the lost keychain and assign a new one. Their balance stays intact: the benefits belong to the customer, not the keychain.
What happens if I do not pay the monthly fee?
After the grace period, no more benefits can be added. Your customers keep their balance and can redeem it; we do not delete their data for nonpayment.
Who owns the data?
Personal data belong to your customers. Your business is the data controller and Lío processes the data on your behalf to run the program. Customers can use “Delete my data” on their keychain page.
How long does it take to get started?
It depends on the design and number of keychains. We confirm the delivery date with your quote and help you set up the program before you start.
Can I switch from stamps to points?
You can choose the mode before the first transaction. After that, it is locked to preserve what your customers’ balances represent.
