This is a translation for reference; the Spanish version governs, under Colombian law (Ley 1480 de 2011, Ley 1581 de 2012).
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. We use some to make the site work and others, which are optional, to understand how it is used and improve it. The first time you visit, we ask you what you prefer.
1. Necessary (always on)
Without these, the website does not work: the cart, the forms and security.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| lio-impresion-3d-session | Keeps your session: cart, orders and forms. | 2 hours |
| XSRF-TOKEN | Protects forms against attacks (CSRF). | 2 hours |
| lio_consent | Remembers what you chose in this notice. | 6 months |
We also save a draft of the quote form in your browser (local storage), so you don't lose what you typed. You can delete it by clearing the site data.
2. First-party analytics
We measure which pages and products are viewed, button clicks, how far each visitor gets in the quote form, how long they spend on each page and where they come from (for example, Instagram or Google). We use this information to improve the website and our service.
- No personal data: each visit is identified by an anonymous session code.
- Country: from your IP address we infer only the country you are connecting from, using a database hosted on our own server (DB-IP.com). Your IP is neither stored nor sent to anyone.
- lio_vid cookie (13 months): only created if you accept all cookies, and used to recognize that you have come back.
- If you choose "Necessary only", we do not record any of this.
3. Third-party tools (only if you accept all)
We may use these tools, which set their own cookies and process data according to their own policies:
| Tool | Purpose | Cookies and duration |
|---|---|---|
| Microsoft Clarity | Heatmaps and anonymous recordings of how people browse the page (it does not record what you type in forms). | _clck, _clsk, CLID · up to 1 year · policy |
| Google Analytics | Visitor statistics. | _ga, _ga_* · up to 2 years · policy |
| Meta Pixel | Measuring Instagram and Facebook ads. | _fbp · 3 months · policy |
If you choose "Necessary only", none of these tools are loaded.
4. How to change your mind
You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookies" link in the footer. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the website, such as the cart, may stop working.
