Corporate Christmas gifts in Colombia: ideas by budget and order deadlines

The corporate Christmas gifts people actually use carry the person's name or the company brand and stay useful after December: a logo keychain, a tree ornament with each employee's name or a treat holder for the novena. At Lío we 3D print them in Medellín, from a single piece to batches of hundreds, and ship anywhere in Colombia. For a large batch, we recommend ordering before November 20; for a small order outside Medellín, order by December 9 at the latest.

What to give employees and clients for Christmas?

• Keychain with the company logo. It goes with their keys every day. We print it with your logo in its own colors (2 to 4).
• Keychain with each person's name. Every piece can carry a different name, up to 16 characters.
• Christmas ornament with a name. It's personal and goes back on the tree every December. In a pack, each ornament carries its own name.
• Thermoformed treat holder. A bauble, candy cane, light bulb or little hanging tree: treat holders for the novena and the tree.
• NFC loyalty keychain. For businesses that want to give their customers a keychain that also keeps their points or stamps.

A simple tip: think about who receives it first. A gift with their name gets kept; one with only the brand sometimes doesn't.

Ideas by budget

Website prices as of October 20, 2026, in Colombian pesos (COP). Shipping is calculated separately.

• Under $ 4.000 per person: name ornament in packs of 10 ($ 34.900 for 10, $ 3.490 each) or a batch of 100 name keychains ($ 387.400, $ 3.874 each).
• $ 5.000 to $ 7.000: logo keychain, 50 to 100 pieces. 50 cost $ 305.600 ($ 6.112 each); 100, $ 530.600 ($ 5.306 each).
• About $ 9.000: logo keychain plus name ornament for 100 people: $ 5.306 + $ 3.490 = $ 8.796 each.
• $ 11.900 to $ 16.900: a thermoformed treat holder. See thermoformed items.

How much do logo keychains cost by quantity?

The price drops by tiers and is cumulative: each piece pays the price of its own tier. That's why the average for a batch ends up slightly above the last tier's price.

• Up to 60 mm wide, no surcharge. Up to 75 mm, $ 1.000 more per piece; up to 90 mm, $ 2.000 more.
• Examples: 20 logo keychains, $ 141.600; 200 logo keychains, $ 980.600 ($ 4.903 each).
• You can price your batch in the custom keychain tool or read the bulk keychains guide.

Is there a minimum order?

No. We print from a single piece, and the price drops from piece 10, 20 and 50. One keychain order can hold up to 500 pieces; for more, message us.

How long does it take, and when should you order?

1. Design: send us the logo or the list of names and we confirm the design, price and date before printing.
2. Printing: a shop item takes 2 to 4 days; name ornaments, 3 to 5. A large batch takes a few more days, and we always give you the date before we start.
3. Shipping: with Coordinadora from Medellín. The cart shows the cost and transit days for your town. In Medellín we arrange delivery or pickup.

Dates for Christmas 2026:

• Batches of 50 or more, or year-end events: we recommend ordering before November 20.
• Small orders outside Medellín: by Wednesday, December 9 at the latest, so they arrive before the 24th.
• Medellín: until Tuesday, December 15.
• December 8 is a public holiday in Colombia: it doesn't count as a business day.

How to order

1. Design the keychain in the keychain tool: upload your logo as an SVG and see it in 3D with its colors. If you only have a PNG or PDF, send it on WhatsApp and we'll prepare it with you.
2. For ornaments, use the Christmas name ornament tool or send us the list of names (up to 12 letters each).
3. Check spelling and accents: we print every name exactly as you type it.
4. We confirm the total, shipping and date. In Colombia we arrange payment on WhatsApp.

What if the gift is for a business's customers?

An NFC keychain with your logo can be the Christmas gift and, at the same time, your loyalty card: the customer taps it on their phone and sees their balance without installing an app. The plan costs $ 49.900 a month, with 3 months free with your first batch, and logo keychains start at $ 6.900 each on large orders. More on loyalty for businesses.
